Your data stays on your device

What is stored

Your wake time, your bed time and which protocols you ticked on which day, for up to 180 days. Your theme choice. A random code for your share link, and the code of the link you arrived through if there was one.

All of it is kept in this browser's local storage. None of it is sent to a server, because this app has no server that accepts data.

What is not collected

No account, name or email address. No analytics, advertising or tracking scripts. No cookies. Fonts are served from the same site as the app, so no request goes to a font provider.

Who else sees a request

Whoever hosts a copy of this app can see ordinary web server logs, such as IP address and the page requested, as with any website. Links to studies and to the episode open other sites, which have their own policies.

Sharing

The share text is copied to your clipboard and goes only where you paste it. It contains your score, your streak and your share code.

Delete your data

This removes your times, every tick and your share code from this browser. It cannot be undone. Data in other browsers or devices is not affected, because they do not share anything.
