What this is
Uberman is a free, unofficial checklist and reading list. The name plays on über, German for "over" or "super". It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to Andrew Huberman, Steven Bartlett or their companies. All text is an original summary.
Not medical advice
The content is general information for healthy adults. It does not replace advice from a clinician who knows you. Check with one before changing exercise, diet, light exposure or supplements if you are pregnant, take medication or have a health condition. The supplements page records what was said in the episode and what the research shows. It is not a recommendation to take anything.
Accuracy
The summaries and study figures are compiled in good faith and may contain errors. Not every figure has been checked against the original paper yet. Read the papers before relying on any number.
